What actions have been taken within the project
The project has focused on building a strategic and operational foundation for consistent growth. These actions, geared towards premium B2B, aim to Possum can climb without losing what matters most: control, consistency and reliability.
1) Definition of Premium B2B Positioning
Working on positioning means defining (without smoke and mirrors) what it represents Possum as a partner for international brands:
- What we contribute in product developmentindustrialization and repeatability.
- How do we protect creative work with orderly processes?
- What standards and quality criteria support the "premium" in actual production?
- What type of projects best fit our capabilities?
