JJ Gil was born in 1955 in Sax, Spain, as the dream of Francisco Gil Martínez, a passionate leather craftsman.
The beginning of the trip
With a small workshop, he began creating leather goods following the region's traditional techniques, marking the beginning of a journey that would lead the brand to become a benchmark in the sector.
During the 60s, the modest workshop evolved into a small factory, entering the fashion industry and spreading its expertise internationally. It was during this period that the Gilmart brand was born, consolidating its position as a synonym for quality and craftsmanship.
