Technical briefing
We received the brief, references, and brand identity. We identified viable materials, realistic deadlines, and hardware restrictions. A confidentiality agreement was signed before the first shipment.

Initial prototype
Our technical team builds the first prototype using real leather and hardware. We work with box leather, saffiano, anicalf, vaqueta, nubuck, and exotic leathers. Each prototype includes a construction sheet.

Review and refinement
We iterate on details: color, stitching, edges, engraving, buckle, packaging. Every decision is documented. The goal is for the piece to fit your value proposition, not ours.

Model validation
We confirm the final part with a completed technical data sheet, bill of materials, and production plan. From this point on, any changes are documented as a new part number.
