The following general terms and conditions apply to the sale of all products and services provided by the website www.possum.es
Therefore, the use by the user of the services offered by www.possum.es presupposes the adhesion by the users to the present conditions that are dictated and published by J. J GiL SL., being essential that the user reads the General Conditions carefully before making the purchase.
JJ Gil SL reserves the right to modify these terms, conditions, and prices at any time, although prior contracts will always be honored.
PRICES
Prices are those indicated on the website www.possum.es at the time of ordering.
The price indicated for each product includes VAT (Value Added Tax).
WAY TO PAY
Purchases can be made through:
1) PayPal: To pay with this method, you must be registered or create an account on PayPal (http://www.paypal.es/es). This payment method takes approximately 24 hours to confirm payment.
2) Credit card (POS): This is the safest and fastest way to make purchases online, as the payment is made practically in real time. Credit card information is encrypted using a secure protocol (https) and sent exclusively to the bank, which is responsible for authenticating the card.
The process is the same as with traditional retail POS terminals, with the same level of security, as customer data is transmitted directly to the bank, which verifies it in real time and notifies the store and customer immediately.
www.possum.es does not receive any data from the card used, as the information is transmitted to the banking entity that owns the payment gateway.
DELIVERY
Orders will be sent once the payment of the order amount has been confirmed, exclusively by a courier company with delivery in approximately 24 - 48 hours (business days) for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
All shipments to Europe have a delivery time of approximately 3/4 (business) days depending on the country being sent by the company.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the buyer, which may be different from their residence, and will be delivered to any person they indicate. Identification is required in all cases upon delivery of the package.
If the package cannot be delivered on the delivery date, it will be deposited according to the agency's procedures. Delivery will be between 3 and 7 business days from receipt of the order, provided payment has been confirmed in advance.
In the event that any of the products are unavailable at the time of the order, JJ Gil will notify you via email or telephone of the new delivery date, or of any issues that may have arisen regarding stock levels.
SHIPPING COST
For orders over €30, shipping costs will not be charged. This option is valid only for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
For orders over €50, shipping costs will not be charged to: Spain outside the Peninsula (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
For orders over €150, shipping costs will not be charged within Europe (EEC).

For orders under €30, shipping will cost €3,95 to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
For orders to European countries under €150, the cost will be €12.50. Shipping will take 2 to 8 business days from the date the order is placed and payment has been confirmed.

RETURN
The buyer has 10 business days from receipt of the order to return the product. In this case, the customer will only be responsible for the shipping costs. All returns, regardless of the reason, must be returned in the original packaging.
The buyer may return the merchandise at no cost to themselves, provided they detect that the receipt has been damaged, or that the package has been opened or unsealed. To do so, they must notify the company by phone so that it can be collected and replaced.
Returns of products with manufacturing defects will not incur any costs for the buyer, provided that they are notified within 10 business days of receiving the order.

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties agree, at their discretion, to resolve any disputes and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts or tribunals of the user's domicile.
Likewise, as an entity adhering to CONFIANZA ONLINE and in accordance with its Code of Ethics, in the event of disputes relating to online contracting and advertising, data protection, protection of minors and accessibility, the user may resort to CONFIANZA ONLINE's extrajudicial dispute resolution system (www.confianzaonline.es), embodied in the Advertising Jury and the National Consumer Arbitration Board.
