How do I place my order?

1.     Select the product you require and add it to your shopping basket. Before pressing “Continue”, please remember to check you have ordered the correct size. (Information is available in the size guide).

2.     Complete your personal details, the billing address and the delivery address. Please remember to click the box relating to the Privacy Policy.

3.     Press the “Continue” button.

4.     You will receive a confirmation email in the email account you used to register on the webpage.

5.     Through our new platform, you will be able to track the status of your order.

6.     Thank you for your purchase! We hope you enjoy your new Possum accessories.

 

How long will delivery of my order take?

Normally your delivery will arrive in 48 – 72 hours (working days), depending on product availability.

 

How do I use my discount code?

Once you have completed your order, a summary of your order will appear on the page, and at the bottom of the page there will be a box with the following text “DISCOUNT COUPON”. Put your code into this box and your purchase will be updated with the new price of the article you have ordered.

All our manufacturing is Made in Spain, using the best materials to fabricate our products. Great care is taken in every detail and quality controls are performed in every stage of the manufacture of our products and before the products are delivered.

REFUNDS

How do I ask for a refund?

All our products can be returned up to 15 days from the date of delivery at no cost.

To allow for the refund to be carried out, the product should not be used or damaged. Keep all relevant documentation and return the product in its original packaging.

 

What can I do if the colour or size is incorrect?

You will have to return the product and ask for a refund. You can then reorder the product you require in the correct size or colour. Our customer service department can contact you if so required to help you with your new purchase.
